:
Decide PROCEDURES LAW winning a number of lawsuits brought by to protect possession of any attack might occur upon, a three suits: a lawsuit to recover possession, sued to prevent exposure, a lawsuit to stop the new business, and report these cases wisdom certain intent regulator, and this suits the nature and characteristics of certain conditions must be available in Saudi PROCEDURES LAW and the possibility of combining them with a lawsuit right or property.If Chapter delayed in some cases to follow the normal procedures, it leads to the loss of the right, which requires as a matter of urgency, the judiciary releases verdict in a hurry, so the next question arises what are summary proceedings?And vary summary proceedings for lawsuits tenure which aims first to protect the right tip of the threat to the special interests does not affect security and public order, while aiming the second to protect the physical possession and the current purpose of preserving the security and public order, and prevent individuals from requiring their own. However consistent summary proceedings and lawsuits tenure in being designed to determine liabilities specifically temporarily protect the right holder apparent pending separates the original right before the trial court which requires clarify the differences and the agreement between the summary proceedings and lawsuits tenure stipulated by the Saudi system pleadings.
